73-year-old Cold Gail Hewitt crashed head-on with a red pick-up while driving the wrong way on a Campbell County road.
According to reports, Hewitt was driving southbound in the northbound lanes.
She was pronounced her dead at the scene.
The two occupants of the other truck were transported to University Hospital. Their conditions are not known and their names were not released.
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash. This accident is still under investigation.
