Toyota Steering Wrongful Death Case | Toledo, Ohio wrongful death lawyer

October 7th, 2010 Author: Anneke

Four wrongful death suits against Toyota were ordered to be consolidated by a judge in the Los Angeles Supreme Court. The cases say that Toyota did not properly recall the steering rod in their trucks and SUVs. The cases come from California, Idaho, Kentucky and Georgia  and all four claim that the sterring rod snapped during use of the vehicle and as a result, fatalities happened. One of the fatalities involved an infant.

Toyota had a responsibility to properly recall items that posed a risk to people’s safety. As a result of their failure to do so people were killed. Our Toledo, Ohio wrongful death lawyers can handle cases like this one and many more.
