A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed recently against a company and one of its employees. The lawsuit names Gullet & Associates along with Robert Clarke for the death of Jackie Meek on March 16, 2009. The plaintiffs in the case are Jackie’s husband Robert along with her minor son Ray.

The accident took place when Mrs. Meek attempted to cross the intersection of FM 517 East and Country Club Drive in Galveston, Texas. As she was crossing, Robert Clarke failed to yield at a stop sign and struck Jackie. He was driving a company car at the time.
