Ohio plane crash lawyer Dale Emch [1] of Charles E. Boyk Law Offices, LLC was interviewed by the Toledo Blade after the National Transportation Safety Board released its factual report on the Fremont, Ohio fatal plane crash [2] that occurred on June 8, 2008.

The report found that the pilot, 86-year-old Gene Damschroder, had been treated for macular degeneration and had been advised on more than one occasion by his eye doctor not to drive. Mr. Damschroder had also been involved in four Ohio car accidents [3] from 1998 to 2008.

Six people died in the plane crash, including a 4-year-old girl. Proceeds from the cost of plane ride went to benefit the Lions Club.
