New Life Lodge Wrongful Death | Toledo Ohio wrongful death attorney

September 16th, 2011 Author: Emmy

The drug rehabilitation facility New Life Lodge is now facing its second wrongful death lawsuit. The mother of Patrick Bryant is seeking $13 million in compensation and damages.

According to the complaint Bryant, 20, was given many different medications including phenobarbital, phenergen and suboxone along with vistaril. Vistaril is an antihistamine, but it was clearly documented that Bryant suffered from allergies to other antihistamines.

Bryant was unresponsive for four hours before being discovered by the staff. He was not on hourly medical supervision although he had been vomiting and had labored breathing just before his death.
