The widow of a man who was killed after falling from a bridge last year has filed a lawsuit against a driver in the incident.
The accident happened last June when Abdoulaye Yattara’s car broke down in the right lane of the Brent Spence Bridge. A good Samaritan stopped to help him and when Yattara went to the passenger side of the vehicle to thank him, the Samaritan was rear-ended by a minivan, knocking Yattara off the bridge and into the Ohio River.
Yattara’s widow, hawa Traore, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver of the minivan as well as his emplyer, Acme Lock.
