The wrongful death lawsuit names Massachusetts General Hospital and its staff as the defendant in the  case filed by the family of Geraldine Oswald.

The lawsuit states that the 76 year-old woman went in to the hospital in November for an infection that developed as a result of her breaking her shoulder earlier in the year. While treating her, the hospital staff gave her a blood-thinning drug called Lepirudin. The dosage that they gave her was 30 times too high and she hemorrhaged for 12 hours before passing away.

Mrs. Oswald died as a direct result of the negligence of the hospital and its staff. If you have lost a loved one in a similar manner, you need help.
