Deaths tied to steroid shots | Findlay Ohio wrongful death lawyer

January 23rd, 2012 Author: Emmy

It was found that doctors are still injecting patients with a steroid made by Bristol-Myers Squibb in a fashion that the company has warned that it is not intended for. Some patients have become paralyzed or even died after receiving this shot.

The company changed the label on their steroid Kenalog to state that it is not recommended for injection into the epidural space near the spine because of the reports of the serious injuries.

Physicians have either been ignoring the label or are unaware of its warning. it is still being administered in abundance.
