An Ohio man who is suspected in the shooting deaths of three men faces another court hearing. 52-year-old, Richard Beasley is suspected to have lured three men to a rural area by fake job ads on Craigslist.

Beasley has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in the slayings of three men and for wounding a fourth. If convicted he could face the death penalty.

After his arrest in the fall, Brogan Rafferty, 17, has pleaded not guilty to juvenile counts.
