A fatal Ohio vehicle accident happened in Wood co. on August 18, 2010 at around 7:30 p.m. A 2000 Lincoln LS was traveling westbound on Greensburg Pike when it failed to yield at a stop sign and struck another vehicle. The driver of the Lincoln was taken from the scene to the hospital and found to have been drunk at the time of the accident. The other driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased, a Bowling Green resident, was a wonderful mother of three, grandmother of eleven and soon to be great-grandmother. She loved to garden and was a member of the National Gardening Club. She also loved to sew and made her daughter’s wedding dress.

Unfortunately, our Bowling Green Law office sees too many of these kinds of cases. If you have had a loved one involved in an accident like this one, it is important that you consult a lawyer.
