30-Year-Old Shoots a Mayor | Toledo Ohio Wrongful Death Lawyer
A 30-year-old Thomas Joseph “Tommy” Lattus is scheduled to appear in court facing a murder charge after admitting to shooting 68-year-old Charles Murphy.
Reports say Lattus walked into a police station at about 1 a.m. and confessed that he had just shot Murphy.
Lattus broke into the side door of Murphy’s house and killed him.
Multiple shots were fired, but reports do not say how many times Murphy was shot.
Murphy had apparently dated his-stepmother and up-set Lattus.
