The family of William Warden has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the nursing home he was living at. In the complaint filed it alleges that Erwin Health Care waited days before notifying a docor or any member of the family that he was comatose.
William Warden was 93. He entered Erwin Health Care on March 8th, 2011, and he weighed 162. After 40 days if being in the facility he lost more than 20 pounds.

The lawsuit states that Warden had a raging infection, was profoundly dehydrated and was in kidney failure.

The family of a teenage boy that was killed last August has filed a wrongful death suit against the driver and the company he was working for.

Timmie Roden was ridingin a 2002 Toyota Camry that was in an earlier accident. According to the police, Roden was walking back to the Camry when Marc Simar hit him with his tractor -trailer. Simar had dropped his cell phone and reached to retrieve it.

The tractor-trailer also hit the pickup truck that was also involved in the accident. The area in which the accident occurred was under construction and Roden was walking in between the Camry and the concrete barrier.

Man Found Strangled to Death | Columbus Ohio Wrongful Death Lawyer

An inspector found 45-year-old Dean K. Reinhard’s body at Rumpke Waste Removal & Recycling.

Police officers and paramedics responded, and paramedics pronounced Reinhard dead at the scene.

According to reports, the man was strangled.

Reports also say, Columbus police originally thought the death was an accident and told the media Reinhard might have been in the container to escape the cold or look for cardboard when it was lifted and emptied into the truck’s compactor.

Homicide detectives are searching for Reinhard’s vehicle, a gray, four-door Saturn with license number CLE5884.

A man has been sentenced to five years of probation for the accident that killed a 6-year-old girl.

Bars sued over DUI deaths | Toledo Ohio wrongful death lawyer

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against several bars that served alcohol to a drunken man before a fatal car accident.

Anthony Bruno, 27, was driving home drunk on January 28, 2010. He had consumed alcohol before, during and after a Reading Royals game. On his way home he struck a vehicle containing three people. All three of those people, Chad Horne, 22, Robin Villegas, 52, and Terri Ann Burskirk, 45, were killed at the scene.

The three were on their way home from a family gathering after a funeral.

Bruno’s blood-alcohol level was .23 percent after the crash. The legal limit is .08.
