Seeking suspect in an attempted robbery | Toledo Ohio Wrongful Death Lawyer

Police are looking for a suspect described as a black male in a blue hooded sweatshirt and black cargo pants that was last seen in the area of Benning Road SE, in connection with a shooting that took place in the Benning Ridge neighborhood of Southeast D.C. on Wednesday morning.

Police say the victim, who is described in very critical condition, was shot, behind the ear, during a robbery.

This case under investigation and the of the victim has not yet been released.

Griffen Kramer was found dead in his Agoura Hills home from acute morphine heroin toxicity.

Reports say, Kramer began foaming at the mouth while consuming heroin with his friends. They took him home and laid him down so he could sleep it off. The teen was found dead the next morning.

Five people have been arrested in connection with Kramer’s death.

Man dies from grease fire | Toledo Ohio Wrongful Death Lawyer

56-year-old Fred Wyatt Jr, died on the way to the hospital from smoke inhalation while trying to put out a grease fire Sunday afternoon.

According to reports, Firefighters responded to the call at 4:30 p.m. When they arrived the firefighters were able to put out the small fire with a portable fire extinguisher.

There was one other adult male and two small children at the scene that they were OK, but Wyatt — who was hooked up to an oxygen bottle — looked as though he was struggling to breathe.

When the paramedics attempted to move Wyatt off the porch to take him to the hospital, he collapsed. Paramedics administered CPR to him on the way to Erlanger hospital, but Wyatt did not survive.

It was confirmed by Hamilton County Medical Examiner Dr. Frank King that Wyatt died of smoke inhalation.

The bodies of three people, a U.S. Teen Alexis Uriel Marron, a 21 year old Mexican man and a 24 year old Mexican man (names unknown), were found in the trunk of a burned-out car on the side of a rural road in western Mexico on Christmas Eve.

Reports say robbery as a possible motive because none of the men’s possessions were found in the car.

U.S. State Department spokesman Noel Clay said the agency was working with embassy officials to get more information.

A memorial service for Marron was held Tuesday evening in his home town of Rolling Meadows.

The Illinois court is considering the liability of a truck driver for an accident that happened between the driver’s truck and an Amtrak passenger train.

the accident happened in March of 1999 when the driver of the trailer ignored flashing warning lights at a railroad crossing and attempted to drive through, crossing paths with an oncoming train.

The accident cause pieces of rebar that were loaded onto the truck to be thrown from the vehicle and land of the track. This derailed the locomotive and most of the passenger cars.

11 people were killed in total and many others were injured.
